We focus on the production of lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, with products widely used in electric vehicles, energy storage systems, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment. Customized specifications are supported.

Is this factory direct? Can I visit the production base?
A
We are an original factory (not a trading company) with our own production line and R&D team. Our production base is located in Building 8, Lithium Battery Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. On-site visits are welcome to witness the entire production process.

How long is the shipping time?
A
- Domestic orders: 7-15 business days for standard products,
- International orders: Approximately 3-6 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance procedures;
- Custom orders require an additional 5-10 business days (as per contract confirmation).

What payment methods are supported?
A
Alipay/WeChat (for small orders), bank transfer. For regular collaborations, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due before shipment.

All products have passed CE, RoHS, and UN38.3 certifications and comply with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Some models also have UL and IEC certifications.

Supports customized development, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 battery cells (standard products). Special specifications require evaluation and confirmation. Free sample testing is available (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

What is your after-sales policy? How are quality issues handled?

- Warranty period: 2 years for battery cells, 1-3 years for finished battery packs (depending on the model);
- For non-human damage quality issues, returns, exchanges, or repairs are supported. A test report is required, and the after-sales team will respond within 24 hours.

The official website's "Product Center" section provides detailed technical documentation, or you can contact customer service to have the specified model information sent to your email address. Both Chinese and English versions are supported.
