We are an original factory (not a trading company) with our own production line and R&D team. Our production base is located in Building 8, Lithium Battery Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. On-site visits are welcome to witness the entire production process.

How long is the shipping time?

- Domestic orders: 7-15 business days for standard products,
- International orders: Approximately 3-6 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance procedures;
- Custom orders require an additional 5-10 business days (as per contract confirmation).

Alipay/WeChat (for small orders), bank transfer. For regular collaborations, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due before shipment.

- Warranty period: 2 years for battery cells, 1-3 years for finished battery packs (depending on the model);
